News Hunter Once More

Chopper 9 waiting on the pad at YVR - A NEWS HUNTER ONCE MORE.

Its a new year and a new attitude. And this is a new post to an old blog.
I want to rejuvenate this little piece of the the blog-o-sphere and get back to writing and contributing to it on a more regular basis. It's not that I haven't had anything to say, I just lacked the motivation to say it.  I'll try to keep my musings back to the blog's original reason d'etre, ( and forgive me, French was never a strong point back in High School, so forgive the spelling) that being the chronicles of this Story Teller and his experiences gathering those stories.

OK back to business-

We have just experienced a rather significant change within our organization with the appointment of a "New" ND. The new administration has a renewed commitment to- all things Chopper 9. In my books, this is exciting, it means that our crew can begin to return to reclaiming dominance above the lower mainland skies. A dominance that had been diminished since the closing of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. C-9 is a News Hunter once more and I for one, could not be more excited.

With this new Mission of Success I am pleased to welcome two new Crew Members to the Chopper 9 team. Reporters Scott Hurst and Nafessa Karim will share reporting duties as we hunt for stories from the sky. All we need now is some decent flying weather ( sometimes a tall order during this time of year) and some keen eyes from above.

Now, lets go log some Flight Hours!

Murman Out.
